*423 party workers from MNF & Congress joins BJP*
*Kamalanagaer, July 5:* The Tuesday Gathering of BJP CADC was held today at Kamalanagar with a mammoth gathering wherein 423 party workers from the ruling MNF and Congress joined the BJP. The new joinees were from Adubangasora, Jamersury, Ulusury and Mondirosora under 10-Mondirosora MDC Constituency, CADC. The Tuesday Gathering cum Induction Program was attended by Senior BJP leader Shri Nirupam Chakma, In-Charge District President, Shri Sneha Bikash Tongchangya, Dayal Chandra Chakma, Vice-President and Shri Amar Smriti Chakma, District Vice-President.
The group leader of the new joinees, Shri Bhuban Biyoy Chakma in his speech has said that "CADC completed 50 years on April 29, 2022. Since 1972 the Council has been ruled by the Congress and Mizo National Front (MNF). Till today we do not have a single all-weather road in the council and even the road condition of the Council’s Headquarter Kamalanagar is in deplorable condition. Thus visitors from outside to the CADC mock us on the present overall condition of CADC which is a matter of embarrassment for all of us as a resident of CADC".
He also said that all the bunkers of the ruling MNF party in the Mondirasora MDC constituency have already been captured by the BJP. The BJP will surely win the Mondirosora MDC seat in the upcoming polls. He also assured to work hard for the BJP party.
The General Secretary (Organization) Shri Rupayan Chakma stated that the BJP in the council is progressing day by day and BJP will form the next the government in CADC with absolute majority. He further stated that many prominent leaders of CADC MNF will join the BJP in the coming days and the political scenario in CADC will be completely changed. He thanked the new joinees for joining the BJP despite the MNF being the ruling party at all levels from the Village Council body to State Assembly.
